3D imaging can also be very helpful to homeowners, contractors, etc. Here we have a project in which a homeowner planned to build a stand-alone garage, and wanted to "see" it positioned on their property to be certain it looked suitable. We took some digital photos of their property before the project and showed them several alternative placement positions of their garage. They chose the one they liked best, and now the garage is real! |

This was a project we did for a another potential homeowner. He was negotiating the purchase of this house, which was not very attractive, and was situated on a difficult piece of land. He asked us if we could come up with any ideas of how to make the property more attractive and functional on a steep, front-sloping lot. We added a wraparound porch, applied stucco and stone, and wow, what a beautiful home!! |
