3D House project

Unbelievable Reincarnation!!

This project was a pre-construction rendering of an old, and not-so-attractive farmhouse that was about to undergo a major facelift! This was a unique project, in that the lot slopes significantly toward the front of the lot, leaving the front porch a full story above ground level. This causes the front view of the house to look a bit weak. Our job was to come up with a design makeover that would dramatically strengthen the look of the house while leaving the main part of the house intact. We think we did an incredible job!

Here you see the original, tired old farmhouse. It looks really rough, with it's heavily worn asphalt siding, tin roof, and 1930's style porches. But we recognized the potential and went to work.

Look closely ... believe it or not, the only changes made to this house are the siding, the porch, replacement windows and the imitation stone veneer on the chimneys!

Here we are from the opposite corner of the house. Again, notice that the house itself has not changed, except for the porch, which now wraps completely around the house and connects perfectly to the existing utility room addition.

This project is a perfect example of why every contractor and homeowner considering a major project should pay the small fee and have their ideas 3D rendered. It would have been absolutely impossible to verbally explain the transformation that was about to take place on this home without the 3D imaging.
