This project started with a 4" x 6" black and white photo that was torn in half, dirty, and faded. We fixed the photo, "painted" in the color, worked our magic on tones, hues, etc., and added a frame! Once we had the physical repairs done, this project cost about $35 plus the cost of printing and framing.
